Heather Morgan joined Hilco Global in 2022 and is responsible for originating corporate finance and capital markets transactions for Hilco Global, with a focus on the commercial and industrial sector.
Heather has almost 20 years business development experience in her tenure of her professional career. She has been responsible for managing client portfolios, developing strategic relationships, negotiating contract terms and conditions, loan originations, and underwriting and financial analysis for all types of commercial credit needs.
She has 13 years of banking and finance experience followed by six years in valuation and monetization of assets including acquisition, private treaty transactions, and straight liquidation negotiations.
Heather is a founding member of Women’s L.I.N.K., a global Employee Resource Group. She is an active member of TMA, ABI, SFNet, and IWIRC. Heather co-chaired the relaunch of TMA Network of Women for the TMA Rocky Mountain Chapter and is currently serving another term on the board for the TMA Rocky Mountain Chapter as Sponsorship Chair. Along with her participation on the Education Oversight Committee for TMA.
