Jan Nocita

Jan Nocita is Director, Operations in the Professional Services division at Hilco Global. Jan joined Hilco Real Estate in 2012 and is responsible for coordinating business development support and marketing initiatives for the company, in addition to client and project management across the entire platform of services. Jan brings to Hilco more than 25 years’ experience in commercial real estate, finance, and corporate operations. Prior to joining Hilco, she was director of corporate operations at Joseph Freed and Associates LLC, and prior thereto, she was a vice president and underwriting/planning manager in the real estate finance group at Heller Financial, Inc., an international lending institution providing financing to mid-market business clients. The majority of Jan’s career in commercial real estate has been focused in due diligence and credit management, coordinating new business underwritings and establishing credit policy. Jan has a degree in Finance from Western Illinois University.
