• Lean Leader and member of executive team that led a Lean transformation of a poor performing plant to the most improved plant in North America.
  Achieved 95% On Time Delivery to Customer Request Date, 80% past due reduction and 25% reduction in inventory by implementing one part/one location, Visual Daily Management, going to GEMBA and electronic Kanban.
• Utilizing Lean business system methodologies Improved KPI’s – on time delivery 72% to 92%, reduced inventory 25%, Reduced Past Dues from 13 million to 1 million in 9 months. Increased profit by 5% at a $175 million dollar revenue plant
• Merged $12M Linear Actuator business and acquired $13M Brake business integrated into a business without increasing footprint, increase revenue from $85 million to $110 million, 36% gain in Productivity, organized into three strategic Value Streams
