Lisa Neimark

Lisa B. Neimark serves as Executive Director of Professional Services at Hilco Global, where she advises clients on corporate finance strategy, complex transactions, and business transformation initiatives. With more than three decades of experience in investment banking, strategic advisory, and C-suite leadership, she works with public and private companies across sectors to unlock value, improve capital structure, and drive organizational performance.

Lisa has deep transactional expertise spanning mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, operational turnarounds, and stakeholder negotiations. Her experience includes senior executive roles such as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategic Officer at Peerless Network, Inc., and Infobip Inc., where she led the company through a successful strategic exit and global integration, while guiding key initiatives across capital markets, litigation resolution, and enterprise transformation. She has also served as a fractional or interim CFO for businesses across retail, manufacturing, healthcare, technology, education, publishing, and non-profit sectors—delivering hands-on leadership to companies navigating complex transitions.

Prior to joining Hilco, Lisa held senior investment banking and restructuring roles at Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps), Capstone Advisory Group, and Macquarie Capital, and began her career at Ernst & Young, where she became a partner in its Corporate Finance practice. Over the course of her career, she has helped lead the transformation of more than 100 companies and raised over a billion in capital across a broad range of industries.

Lisa earned her Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and her B.S. in Accountancy from Indiana University. She is a FINRA-registered broker dealer and holds Series 7, 24, 63, and 79 certifications. She is actively involved in several industry and leadership organizations, including the Turnaround Management Association, American Bankruptcy Institute, IWIRC, 1871, P33, the Private Directors Association, and the Executives’ Club of Chicago.
