- As the Director of Project Management for a $90 million middle-sized construction management organization, directly oversaw 9 Senior Managers and over 75 project managers across five offices. Throughout her tenure, she consolidated accounts, standardized project flow, and training the workforce, leading to a 33% reduction in rework and a decrease in turnover of 20%.
- In collaboration with Emory University, ASQ, and Lean Solutions, delivered three Lean Six Sigma Green Belt programs, training over 100 managers in two organizations. These projects delivered over $6 million in savings.
