About Simon
Simon has over 30 years’ experience in residential property lending, for the past 10 years he has set up and run specialist bridging and development lenders. Simon has worked with UHNW family offices throughout his career and has been involved in many complex pan-European transactions.
Simon has been a qualified chartered accountant for over 35 years and has previously been the finance director of a mortgage lender owned by Lehman Brothers and has worked for Lone Star Opportunity Fund.
Outside of work, Simon is a governor and trustee of the London Academy group of schools and is a family man with 6 children and 5 grandchildren.
