Based in Clackamas, Oregon, the Company delivers end-to-end food and agriculture supply chain management services, such as contract manufacturing, custom packaging, and logistical solutions. Bridgewell serves a blue-chip customer base and maintains a diverse selection of food and agricultural products, inclusive of non-GMO, gluten-free, organic, and conventional options.

The Company experienced continued growth following the expansion of its core business, necessitating incremental working capital support and heightened liquidity. At the same time, Bridgewell faced a near-term maturity wall on its existing credit facility and sought a new lender to provide the required capital and structure to support the Company. HCF was engaged as the Company’s exclusive advisor to find an optimal capital partner.

HCF ran a highly competitive process directed at both banks and non-bank lenders, receiving differentiated financing proposals. The Company ultimately proceeded with a solution from Legacy Corporate Lending, LLC (Legacy), which retains unique experience in ABL financing. Legacy extended a $25.0 million ABL facility, ensuring adequate working capital and liquidity for the long-term goals of the business.
