Hilco has had a long standing relationship with Sears having worked for the company on many retail, wholesale and strategic projects throughout North America. Most recently, Hilco was engaged by Sears to lead the store operations and store closing process to exit the Canadian marketplace and close all stores across the nation. Hilco Merchant Resources outperformed the retailers expectations and exceeded sales forecast.
