Andrew Fincher is Vice President – Director of CRM at Hilco Global. He heads the company’s Customer Relationship management (CRM) efforts, leveraging 17 years of progressive marketing leadership experience gained across the financial, insurance, retail and agency services industries. As a value-driven professional with over a decade of mentoring and coaching high-performing teams, Andrew is well versed in setting ambitious goals, solving complex problems and bringing people together to drive impact.
Prior to joining Hilco, Andrew held positions of increasing responsibility and leadership at ISMIE Mutual Insurance, where he drove CRM implementation, use adoption and data governance; Staples, where he led lucrative performance marketing initiatives with targeted retail verticals; and Digitas Boston where he directed media operations for Fortune 500 brands including AOL, Disney, AstraZeneca and Bank of America.
Andrew holds an MBA in Leadership and Change Management from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University and a BS in Marketing from Oakland University.
