Catrina Stephenson works as SVP | Head of Financial Operations of Hilco Consumer-Retail. Her past years as a financial lead with the field team where she successfully managing several large and high profile store closing transactions including but not limited to Lord & Taylor, Things Remembered, National Stores, Toys R Us Australia, Sears Canada, JCPenney, Aeropostale and Danier Leather ensures that Catrina is an invaluable asset to the team.

Prior to joining the HMR field team in 2013, Catrina held several roles in Store Operations with Zellers/Hudson Bay Company in Canada for 23 years.  Her business acumen stems from her extensive experience proposing, designing and implementing successful tools to assist with the financial management of payroll budgets, labour allocation/scheduling, measurement and reporting of productivity metrics. Catrina has developed and implemented workload management tools that ensured company-wide consistency of operational execution.
