Prior to joining the HMR field team in 2013, Catrina held several roles in Store Operations with Zellers/Hudson Bay Company in Canada for 23 years. Her business acumen stems from her extensive experience proposing, designing and implementing successful tools to assist with the financial management of payroll budgets, labour allocation/scheduling, measurement and reporting of productivity metrics. Catrina has developed and implemented workload management tools that ensured company-wide consistency of operational execution.
