Chad Bryan is a Managing Director in the Corporate Development and Strategic Opportunities business at ORIX Corporation USA, focused on strategic M&A and new business development. He joined the firm in 2012 and is based in Dallas.

Prior to joining ORIX USA, Mr. Bryan was in the Dallas Transaction Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), providing multi-disciplinary buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and other transaction services, supporting a diverse private equity and corporate client base.

Mr. Bryan graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Accounting and an MS in Finance. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
