Cil Aquino Ross is the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at Hilco Global, managing all HR functions and staff across the organization. Cil plays a key strategic role in developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company’s business objectives. Her areas of focus include compensation, talent management, HR operations, employee benefits, and employee relations. In this capacity, Cil partners closely with CEOs and their management teams to address their HR needs, continuing Hilco Global’s commitment to being a great place to work.
Before joining Hilco Global, Cil served as the Head of People at Harris Associates L.P., a global asset management firm. During her tenure, she significantly enhanced employee engagement and organizational performance by implementing innovative HR strategies. Cil’s career also includes senior HR roles at Tradelink L.P., Mesirow, UBS, and Ernst & Young, where she led initiatives in talent acquisition, change management, DEI, and leadership development.
Cil holds a Master of Science degree in HR Management/Organizational Development from Northwestern University and a degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University. She is also a certified public accountant (CPA).
