Cooper Jones is an associate on the real estate brokerage team within the professional services division at Hilco Global. In early 2026, Cooper joined the team, where he handles a variety of projects related to due diligence and deal execution, including industry research, property and sub-market analysis, sourcing targeted buyer data, and coordinating lead inquiries and other buyer communications on behalf of the group. He drives results by translating market insights into actionable opportunities—analyzing macro trends alongside property and sub-market data to identify growth potential and sharpen competitive positioning. He supports revenue generation by managing inbound leads, strengthening internal communication to accelerate deal flow, and delivering a high-touch experience for Hilco’s key clients to build long-term value and retention. Clients served include Travel & Leisure (A division of Wyndham), Hawthorne Racecourse, ImmunoTek Bio Centers, GreenState Credit Union and others. Prior to joining Hilco, Cooper spent time on the Seller Acquisition team with Walmart Marketplace (NYSE: WMT), where he managed over 1,000 unique sellers. He also worked on the new Business Development team for the Dallas Stars. Cooper played Division 1 golf at Wright State University for two years before earning a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. He is a licensed Illinois real estate broker.
