Corey Terrett initially joined Hilco Real Estate in 2024 for a short-term assignment, but her dedication and skills quickly led to a full-time position with the team. As Administrative & Project Assistant, Corey serves a vital role supporting business operations by handling a diverse range of responsibilities including facilitating/directing contacts and other due diligence needs on behalf of HRE’s Asset Sales group, in addition to handling office-related procurement and processes, coordinating meetings/events, and providing a broad range of support for 20+ associates. A notable project was Corey’s recent contribution to the 99 Cent bankruptcy sale, where she demonstrated exceptional organizational and communication skills as part of the execution team for this important engagement.
Currently, Corey is pursuing a business degree at Harper College, with aspirations to attend law school. Corey is passionate about contributing to the success of the group and is always eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
