Domenic Natale

Domenic Natale is Executive Director, Investments in the Capital Solutions division at Hilco Global. He is focused on originating, structuring, and underwriting asset-backed loans and investments across the capital structure.

Prior to joining Hilco, Mr. Natale served as a Senior Director in the Credit Opportunities group at ORIX Corporation USA, where he originated and executed debt investments across a wide range of industries and structures, including ABL, Unitranche, and opportunistic credit. Earlier in his career, Mr. Natale was a founding member of the Principal Investing Group at Barclays, where he originated and underwrote public and private credit investments across the capital structure, including junior debt and structured equity. Domenic began his career in the Financial Sponsors Group at Barclays Investment Bank.

Mr. Natale holds an MBA from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business and a BA from Rutgers University, where he was a two-time Big East Academic All American and quarterback on the Rutgers Football Team.
