An experienced real estate professional with expertise in originating, structuring and executing deals across multiple assets classes in both Ireland and the UK. Eamonn began his career at AIB before moving to London, working for 2 years as a Portfolio Manager at Oaktree before progressing to Director level at OakNorth Bank – where he spent 8 years. During this period, Eamonn structured senior/mezz and short term bridging facilities across a range of assets with debt quantums ranging from £1m to £110m.
More recently prior to joining Hilco, Eamonn worked as a Director at Dublin based, alternative lender – Relm Finance. Here, Eamonn was responsible for originating and structuring short to medium term debt facilities, building an extensive portfolio of clients in the Irish market.
