About Jay
Jay Paul is an Associate in the Real Estate division at Hilco Global. Mr. Paul was an investment analyst at Aberdeen Investments within the real estate team. In his role, he supported both acquisitions and asset management initiatives across various UK funds. His responsibilities included detailed financial analysis, modelling, and supporting strategies to enhance portfolio income, while working closely with fund managers to evaluate asset performance and identify value‑add and repositioning opportunities. He spent a year on secondment at Tritax, where he carried out a similar analytical role but with a dedicated focus on logistics and industrial assets. Jay holds a BA in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge.
