Jiovanny brings 20 years of experience to his role within Hilco Real Estate’s business development team. Responsible for leading the firm’s SBA Loan Advisory Group, he and his teammates provide advisory and commercial real estate asset disposition services to SBA Borrowers, Certified Development Companies (CDCs), SBA Lenders and SBA loan servicing centers.
Prior to joining HRE, he worked as an advisor and entrepreneur alongside foreign and local private investors, assisting with the acquisition and disposition of their real estate assets. He also acted as an investment advisor at Marcus & Millichap REIS where he focused on business development, market research and investment sales for multifamily properties nationally.
Originally from Colombia, Jiovanny graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor’s in international business. He’s a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Florida as well as an active member of the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO), National Association of Government Guarantee Lenders (NAGGL), and the National Association of Realtors.
