Mark Biermans is Director (Europe) in the Capital Solutions division at Hilco Global. Mark is a seasoned C-level professional, with a broad and deep financial experience. He has worked in different sectors, helping organisations to navigate through an ever-changing environment. Mark is recognised for his capability to drive business growth as well as leading restructuring initiatives. He embraces diversity and enjoys connecting to people with different backgrounds in an (inter)national setting.
Mark has advised on and managed the restructuring of Blokker and Van Gils Fashion in Benelux. Recently he has teamed up with Hilco Capital to build the Benelux and German businesses. Mark will focus on expanding the full Hilco Capital offering into these territories, focusing on turnaround investments, non-core carve out opportunities, asset based lending, and retail inventory realisation/store rationalisation projects.
