About Matthew
Matt is a chartered accountant with fifteen years’ experience in corporate restructuring, having trained at an international restructuring practice.
Matt has particular expertise in asset based lending, having managed ABL-style lending as a turnaround investor and/or through refinancing positions. While at Hilco, Matt has refinanced close to $250 million with various ABL’s across a number of Hilco investments and worked extensively on the restructuring of these businesses.
