Michael Sheinkop

Michael Sheinkop serves as Executive Director of Professional Services at Hilco Global, where he originates and influences enterprise growth initiatives and operational strategy across the firm’s professional services and global Advisory platform with a specialization in Commercial Real Estate. With over 30 years of experience scaling high-performance organizations, driving profitability, and building sustainable business platforms, Michael is widely recognized for his expertise in commercial real estate brokerage operations, strategic talent acquisition, and M&A corporate development where he has been instrumental in acquiring and managing high-impact acquisitions totaling hundreds of millions in top-line value.

Throughout his career, Michael has successfully built and expanded brokerage networks across the Americas, and parts of EMEA. Having launched and led national and regional offices and operational hubs in key markets throughout the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East, his achievements are best described by his passion for talent assessment through individual and strategic endeavors, while ensuring the seamless integration of each opportunity and advancing cross-platform collaboration, cost efficiency, and long-term value creation in order to drive and expand margin and ultimately shareholder value.

Having lead several leading national commercial real estate occupier and global full service platforms, Michael is known for his ability to align strategy and culture for superior productivity. His approach emphasizes team collaboration, client facing preparedness, and organic expansion by combining enterprise resources and inherent cross-functional capabilities.

He holds a B.S. in Accounting and Business from Indiana University and is actively involved in several professional and philanthropic organizations. Michael serves as Board President and Patient Advocate for the Rolfe Pancreatic Cancer Foundation and is a committed supporter of AIPAC.
