Throughout his career, he has excelled as both an investor and a deal arranger, establishing and managing successful property debt advisory businesses. He began his journey as the founder and shareholder of the European Mortgage Company, a company focused on property debt advice for investors in Southern Europe and the UK. Over the years, he has expanded his interests into short-term European funding, currency businesses, and residential property investment.
Sean’s expertise extends beyond bridge lending, encompassing UK and international property finance, bespoke debt and equity packages, and residential property investment. He has a strong track record in providing debt advice on a pan-European scale and has successfully managed businesses at Savills Private Finance and at Arc and Co, prior to becoming an investor in European Bridging Company and later Interbridge Financial Group, of which he was Chief Commercial Officer. Sean has deep relationships across the industry and his extensive experience makes him a highly skilled professional in bridge lending and property finance.
