Steve Allen is Director of Hilco Real Estate Finance. Steve has been in the specialist finance industry for over 30 years and has over 20 years experience as a lender and loan broker at a number of firms including, SPF Private Finance and Clifton Private Finance. Steve is CeMAP qualified and has a background working on complex lending structures. Steve was shortlisted in the Bridging & Commercial Awards 2024 as Lender Relationship Manager of the Year.
