The transition marks an important step in the growth and evolution of Hilco Global Professional Services, bringing the businesses together under one name to reflect the breadth of expertise and capabilities available to clients.

The brand transition reflects that evolution and the increasingly integrated way the platform serves clients across valuation, consulting and corporate finance advisory services.

Joel Getzler and Bill Henrich will also continue with the firm in senior advisory capacities.
