Take advantage of $400 million and 10 years of investment and development to jumpstart or bolster an edge computing business. This opportunity is highlighted by the 2 following asset groups:
- 15 Issued U.S. Patents representing 9 patent families
- StackPath’s proprietary source code that powered their application services
Edge computing processes data closer to where it’s created—on a device or nearby server—instead of relying on distant data centers. This reduces latency, improves efficiency, and is crucial for real-time applications like smart devices, streaming, and self-driving cars. As connected devices and real-time applications continue to grow, this localized approach is key to building scalable and reliable systems.
Edge Use Cases
The sale is being conducted on behalf of StackPath ABC, LLC, as assignee for the benefit of creditors of StackPath TopCo BR, LLC and related debtor subsidiaries and affiliates, pursuant to the petition, StackPath Management, Inc., et al. v.
