Digital Creator Monetisation, Live Streaming & Entertainment Technology Platform

Acquisition Opportunity

Hilco is pleased to offer for sale certain digital assets of a UK-based digital entertainment and creator monetisation platform, providing live streaming, video-on-demand, ticketing, subscription, and fan engagement services (the “Company”).

The Company developed a digital platform enabling content creators, entertainers, performers and event organisers to monetise audiences through live and recorded digital experiences. Accessible through web and mobile applications, the platform integrates third-party streaming and payment services with ticket sales, subscriptions, fan tipping, and content distribution. The Company owns its developed application and user interface, rather than the underlying third-party streaming or payment technologies.

The Company has invested significantly in the development of its software application, user experience and commercial proposition, and has accumulated registered creator and viewer accounts. The platform historically operated a transaction-based revenue model, retaining a proportion of creator-generated ticket revenues. Continued operation would require suitable third-party technology arrangements and ongoing technical and operational support.

The opportunity provides potential acquirers with a developed digital entertainment application, associated software and design assets, and relevant creator and user data, offering a foundation for further development within the creator economy and digital entertainment markets.
