Hilco Global Cyber Advisors developed a prioritized, three-year roadmap designed to strengthen the client’s cybersecurity program and improve organizational security and resilience.
The roadmap served as a guide for operationalizing initiatives across key areas, including:
- Operational resilience
- Third-party risk management (TPRM)
- Azure and Microsoft 365 assessment and hardening
- Secure AI implementation
- IP protection and data governance
