Billy Condon, MBA, Director, has over 6 years of experience in corporate strategy, turnaround management, and financial restructuring. He has worked as an advisor and a team member to both healthy and distressed businesses. Billy has advised several organizations across various industries, including higher education, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail, amongst others. He is an expert at constructing refined analytical models and reports, including 13-week cash flow forecasts, integrated financial statements, and liquidation analyses.

He has served as a financial advisor to a skilled nursing facility operator with 65 facilities in six states, where he managed the company’s daily cash flow and oversaw facility divestitures, and he has also served as a financial advisor to a non-profit private university struggling with declining enrollment and poor investment performance where he created several cash flow projections with different enrollment scenarios, and performed class and program cost of revenue analysis

He graduated with an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Marquette University.
