Dan Arnold

Daniel Arnold serves as a Senior Managing Director at Hilco Enterprise Valuation Services where he is responsible for helping to manage the business’ delivery of opinions for lenders, investment firms and corporations on the realizable value of going concerns, intangible assets and other specialized business assets.

In addition to this valuation work, he works with clients to provide services including financial due diligence, quality of earnings reports, dispute and litigation support. Dan is also responsible for business development that leverages the entire platform of solutions across all asset classes and sectors. He works collaboratively with key executives in several of the holding company operating units including Hilco Real Estate, Hilco Valuation Services, Hilco Receivables, Hilco Commercial Industrial, and Hilco Merchant Resources.

Prior to joining Hilco in 2012, Dan built a strong reputation as a highly regarding financial analyst in the commercial banking sector. He has served as an Associate Director in the Equity Research Department of Sandler O’Neill + Partners, L.P., a boutique investment bank in both New York and Chicago. His coverage focused on regional banks and thrifts. Dan has a deep understanding of how to properly structure and execute transactions to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
