Edward Stepp is Senior Advisor in the Capital Solutions division at Hilco Global. He has a vast array of retail experience spanning more than 25 years. In addition, Ed was a Lead Field Consultant with Hilco for over six years. He utilizes his extensive operational and field experience to extract maximum value from all fixed asset disposition projects by ensuring the execution of operational strategies in the field and quality control of all stores and field supervisors.
