Elise Shen

Elise Shen is an Associate in the Asset Management Practice at Hilco Global. Prior to joining Hilco, Elise was an Investment Banking Associate in the Restructuring & Debt Advisory Group at Rothschild & Co, where she advised on liability management exercises, restructurings, and financings across the capital structure. Elise previously worked at Province on restructuring transactions and at Purple Rock Capital Partners on private equity investments. She holds a BA in Mathematics from New York University.
