Jordan Kraner
Jordan is a Senior Director in Hilco’s Global Investigations & Dispute Resolution practice. He works on high profile investigative, compliance, and risk assessment matters relating to a broad range of issues and allegations, including accounting irregularities, improper disclosures, individual white-collar defense, and fraud. He provides services in the areas of forensic accounting, cyber incident response, insurance claim consulting, and serving as a monitor on compliance issues in a variety of industries including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, technology, and professional services.
Jordan also serves as an expert on damages analyses in commercial disputes, business interruption matters, alleged theft of trade secrets, and other accounting and compliance related issues. Jordan has provided deposition testimony in Illinois State Court and Delaware Chancery Court.
Prior to joining Hilco, Jordan held senior positions at other consulting firms. Earlier in his career, Jordan was part of the audit practice at a Big 4 accounting firm and the corporate audit practice of a consumer products manufacturer performing work throughout Europe and Australia.
Jordan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and the American Bar Association (ABA). He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Illinois and state of Indiana, Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), and is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Jordan is also on the board of the Indianapolis Legal Aid Society.
