José Ignacio Cruxent

José Ignacio Cruxent is Deputy Executive Director of Real Estate in the Professional Services division at Hilco Global. José has over 10 years of experience in real estate business and has achieved significant success in investment and development project management. He currently serves as Executive Deputy Director of Real Estate at Hilco Global México, where he leads the real estate asset management strategy, ensuring value maximization through analysis, optimization and execution of high-impact projects.

He has held key positions as a founding partner in private equity funds and as a manager in real estate asset management firms. As an Expansion Manager in Zona Capital, he was responsible for identifying real estate investment opportunities, mainly in distressed assets, and to develop trading strategies, business plans, financial models, and marketing schemes. In addition, he supervised the execution of projects from their legal and financial structuring to their start-up and closing, including the relationship with banks and investors.
