He currently serves as Deputy CEO –Servicing Solutions and Diligence Services at Hilco Global México, where he oversees commercial strategy, technological implementation, and portfolio operations, focusing on generating value through innovative, client-centered solutions.
Previously, Salvador held key positions in leading firms such as Alvarez & Marsal, where he directed complex restructuring and liquidation processes, including the planning and execution of financial strategies for international companies. He successfully led the liquidation of a Mexican bank with over 300 branches and 10,000 employees, achieving an orderly process with minimal legal claims. He also participated in the restructuring and substitute management of shipping companies in the energy sector, as well as technology, real estate, and retail companies, effectively managing crises and complex financial and operational challenges.
In the financial sector, Salvador has held leadership roles at institutions like Citibanamex and Banco Azteca, where he optimized the profitability of credit products, restructured financial models, and enhanced commercial strategies.
