Madalyn Launer

Madalyn Launer is Senior Vice President of Hilco Wholesale Solutions, where she leads the group’s efforts to monetize excess and underperforming inventory across a wide range of categories and channels. Since joining Hilco in 2021, Madalyn has been instrumental in structuring and executing strategic disposition programs for retailers, manufacturers, and brand owners.

A dynamic and results-driven retail professional, Madalyn has a proven track record in sales, strategic buying, negotiation, and vendor management across diverse retail environments. She brings a strong understanding of how to build and execute effective resale strategies that drive value and maximize recovery.

Prior to joining Hilco, Madalyn worked as a Buyer for several large retailers across multiple categories. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ohio State University.
