Matt Watson is Director of Hilco Real Estate Finance. Matt focuses on originating and executing real estate debt opportunities across the UK, with a particular emphasis on bridging and short-term lending.
He works closely with borrowers and intermediaries to structure flexible financing solutions, often across complex or time-sensitive transactions. Matt has been in the industry over 10 years, and has led the origination of over £750m of completed transactions across a range of asset classes and deal structures, supporting clients from initial enquiry through to completion.
At Hilco, Matt is responsible for sourcing new lending opportunities and building deep relationships with all parties involved with a transaction, contributing to the continued growth of the firm’s UK lending platform.
