
Max Giuliana is an Analyst in the Hilco Global Geopolitical Unit. In this role, he supports both the firm and its clients through in-depth geopolitical risk assessments, authors the firm’s annual and quarterly geopolitical reports, and delivers tailored scenario analysis services—helping transform global and commercial developments into actionable advantages for HGU’s clients.
Before joining Hilco Global, Max was a founding member and Associate at MKF Advisors, a boutique government affairs consulting firm. There, he helped design and implement the firm’s operations and sales processes while serving a portfolio of clients through policy analysis, legislative tracking, and strategic communications consulting.
In addition to his work at MKF, Max served as the Executive Director of the federal Political Action Committee, Taking the Hill PAC. In that role, he led fundraising and communications teams, raising over $250,000 to support veteran candidates running for public office.
Earlier in his career, Max played a key role as a Policy Intern on Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro’s Public Safety transition team, collaborating with public safety experts across the Commonwealth to shape the administration’s approach to some of the most urgent public safety challenges facing Pennsylvanians. He also interned in the U.S. House of Representatives, supporting the offices of House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (MD-05) and Congressman Brendan F. Boyle (PA-02).
Max is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of George Washington University with a degree in Political Science.
