Mohammed Shareef is Associate Director – Diligence in the Professional Services division at Hilco Global. • Played a pivotal role in the successful launch of high-profile vehicles (EV, ICE, Hybrid) at a major OEM, where he directed cross-functional teams to successfully assign more than 1200 parts across 800 workstations and multiple sub-assembly cells, optimizing operator counts, increasing productivity, and enhancing overall operational efficiency. These efforts resulted in increased throughput, improved product quality, and a more efficient production process resulting in savings of $2M
• Demonstrated strong financial management skills at a Tier 1 supplier, effectively overseeing capital and operational budgets across multiple departments, resulting in $4M in savings. This was achieved by reducing downtime, implementing key equipment upgrades to boost production capacity, minimizing breakdown losses, and improving equipment availability by more than 25%
