Pearse Mascola

Pearse Mascola, Senior Associate, has over 4 years of experience working in corporate finance, turnaround management, and restructuring. Since pivoting to turnaround and restructuring, Pearse has worked across multiple industries, including consumer products, automotive, manufacturing, and healthcare. Recently, Pearse helped a healthcare client implement a new monthly reporting and budgeting process and assisted with interim financial management processes. Pearse currently assists with distressed refinancing engagements, financial and investment modeling, 13-week cash flow forecasts, revenue analysis, budgeting, and financial presentations for management.

Prior to joining Getzler Henrich, Pearse worked across multiple areas of financial management for a global banking institution. At Citibank, he was a Business Unit Manager for the interest rate risk team within the Citi Treasury Investment group. He provided analytics, tracking, and management support for a $200B Rates Portfolio.

Pearse graduated with an MBA from the University of Rochester, Simon Business School, and a bachelor’s degree from the University at Albany, SUNY.
