Theresa Oo

Theresa Oo is Associate Director, IPv4 Leasing in the Capital Solutions division at Hilco Global. She leads the development and scaling of Hilco Global’s IPv4 leasing operations, building a seamless, end-to-end platform spanning client consultations, contract negotiation and onboarding, IPv4 delegation and usage monitoring, and transaction closeouts.

Theresa designs and optimizes workflows to drive efficiency, compliance, and scalability, spearheading automation initiatives in partnership with web development, legal, finance, and technical teams to create a self-sustaining leasing infrastructure. She works closely with lessors and lessees, leads negotiations and contractual structuring, and provides strategic guidance on IPv4 delegation and routing.

With a STEM Master’s degree in Business Analytics from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, Theresa brings a data-driven, operational mindset to maximizing value in the evolving IPv4 market.
