Timothy J. Dable

Timothy J. Dable is Assistant General Counsel at Hilco Global. He has deep and broad experience navigating complex financings and corporate restructurings, as well as extensive expertise in debt and equity capital markets, securities regulation, compliance issues, corporate governance, and commercial contracts of all kinds. Prior to joining Hilco Global, Tim was a long-time finance and restructuring partner at Winston & Strawn LLP in Chicago.

Tim received his Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Michigan.
