A’GACI

A’GACI retained Hilco Streambank to market and sell certain of its intellectual property assets. We worked with the company and its professionals retained in A’GACI’s chapter 11 case to analyze the assets available for sale, and brought to market a curated selection of intellectual property assets – trademarks, domain names and social media assets.

Following an auction in which there were 17 rounds of competitive bidding involving four qualified bidders, the assets were sold for $225,000, which was more than four times higher than the opening bid at the outset of the auction. The sale closed in October, 2019.
