The Chapter 7 Trustee of Good Enterprises, Ltd. retained Hilco Streambank to market and sell the intangible asset portfolio of Good Enterprises Ltd. The available assets included those of Good Books Publishing House, such as its trademarks, domain names, active titles and copyrighted content, as well as the Fix-It and Forget-It^® and Fix-It and Enjoy-It^® brands.

Good Books was the publisher of many successful book titles, including the Fix-It and Forget-It^® and the Fix-It and Enjoy-It^® cookbooks. The Fix-It cookbook series sold millions of copies since its original debut in 2000.

Over a six-month period, Hilco Streambank ran a marketing campaign for the intellectual property assets. Following an auction, Hilco Streambank assisted the Trustee in closing a deal with Skyhorse, whose $1.025 million bid encompassed all the available Good Books assets.
