Hilco Streambank was retained by the Chapter 7 Trustee to market the assets of Just Cabinets Furniture & More, a furniture and home goods online retailer. The assets for sale included the premium domain name JustCabinets.com and several other related domain names and trademarks. The JustCabinets.com domain had been used as an e-commerce platform for the Just Cabinets Furniture & More brand, offering a variety of home furnishings, kitchen cabinetry, mattresses and appliances.
We developed a sale strategy and created marketing materials to highlight the potential for the assets. Following receipt of bids, we conducted a sealed bid auction process, resulting in a sale to Cabinets To Go, LLC.
