Oncorus

Oncorus, a preclinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of systemically administered self-amplifying RNA for cancer treatment, engaged Hilco Streambank to run an out-of-court sale process with respect to its intellectual property. The assets included over 35 issued patents and 100 applications across various jurisdictions, along with supporting research and development materials.

Hilco Streambank ran a sale process over the course of just four weeks, resulting in eight qualified bids for various groupings of assets and ultimately closing three transactions in August 2023.
