Ortho-Future

Ortho Future engaged Hilco Streambank to manage the sale of its assets, including patents, clinical data, its software codebase, CAD and supporting design materials, and its domain name. Ortho Future was a Namibia-based developer of patent-protected orthodontic hardware-software solutions for optimizing aligner treatment plans. At the forefront of periodontal ligament data collection, Ortho Future had gathered one of the largest datasets of its kind to support orthodontists and aligner manufacturers in creating more efficient and comfortable treatment plans.

Hilco Streambank led a robust marketing campaign, contacting over 115 potential buyers. We navigated complex cross-border transfer issues and completed a private sale between multinational parties in March 2025 for an undisclosed price.
