Thos. Baker
Thos. Baker, sold exclusively online and through direct mail catalogs, was founded in 2004 as a teak-dominant outdoor furniture brand, and since expanded into other categories and materials. In 2019, the site generated approximately 330,000 visits.
In 2020, Hilco Streambank was hired to solicit interest in the brand and related assets. The offering included trademarks supporting the brand, the ThosBaker.com domain and website content, company-branded inventory, catalog assets including electronic files of past catalogue designs, and introductions to the brand’s overseas manufacturers.
We successfully facilitated the sale of the Thos. Baker intellectual property and related tangible assets to the owner of Gracious Home. Thos. Baker-branded products can now be found at GraciousHome.com.
