Adam Humerick

Adam Humerick is Director, Real Estate Lease Advisory in the Professional Services division at Hilco Global. Adam joined the Professional Services division at Hilco Global in 2018 and is a senior member of the firm’s lease advisory practice, leading execution of complex, high-value real estate transactions. He is actively involved in developing and implementing portfolio-wide strategies, leveraging financial analysis, asset valuation, and market insight to drive optimal outcomes for clients. He partners closely with senior leadership, clients, and key stakeholders to structure and negotiate lease modifications, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the transaction lifecycle. Over his tenure, Adam has advised hundreds of tenants, restructuring thousands of leases across a diverse roster of national and multinational clients spanning a broad range of sectors, including WeWork, Starbucks, Lowe’s Home Improvement, 24 Hour Fitness, J. Crew, Dollar Tree/Family Dollar, Kroger, Inspire Brands, and At Home. Adam is a graduate of the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and is an active member of ICSC and TMA.
