Adam joined Hilco Real Estate in 2018 and plays an integral role in HRE’s lease restructuring advisory and transactional services. His responsibilities include due diligence analysis of leases, property valuation, and lease deal structuring. Additionally, he assists in managing portfolio-level lease negotiations by coordinating with dealmakers and being the point of contact for the client in order to facilitate the transaction. During his time at HRE, Adam has worked with several national and multinational clients including Lowe’s Home Improvement, Ruby Tuesday, Visionworks and The Fresh Market.
Adam is a graduate of the Ross School of Business at University of Michigan. He is an active member of ICSC.
