Greg Sullivan is a 38-year veteran of the retail real estate industry and joined Hilco Real Estate in 2023, handling large-scale lease renegotiation and portfolio repositioning engagements. Greg offers clients vast expertise and insight in the development, management and leasing strategies of regional malls, power centers, lifestyle centers, outparcels, and mixed-use development products. At Hilco, Greg has been involved in strategic and transactional lease restructuring engagements for numerous valued clients including At Home, Gabe’s, The Vitamin Shoppe, and Rubio’s Coastal Grill, among others.
Greg was previously with Brookfield Properties where he spent 20 years as Vice President of Big Box Leasing / Development with a primary focus on the leasing and re-development of vacant department stores and consolidation of excess mall space for big box retailers, junior anchors, large format entertainment operators, movie theatres and restaurant transactions. He closed nearly 300 lease/sales transactions totaling more than 10 million square feet with national brands such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, REI, Costco, Trader Joe’s, Sprouts, The Fresh Market, TJ Maxx /HomeGoods/Marshalls, Dave & Buster’s, The Main Event, Round1, Sony – Wonderverse, LA Fitness, AMC, Regal, Cinemark, Barnes & Noble, Burlington, Ross Dress for Less, Best Buy, Ulta Cosmetics, Five Below, DSW, and The Container Store.
