Ben Cooper

Ben Cooper is Associate, Real Estate Lease Advisory in the Professional Services division at Hilco Global. Ben joined Hilco Real Estate in 2022 and plays a key role for HRE’s lease advisory team. His responsibilities include lease analysis, client/account management, property valuation, lease deal restructuring, and due diligence on potential new business opportunities. During his time at HRE, Ben has worked with a variety of national and multinational clients including Starbucks, Cineworld, Family Dollar, Rite Aid, Invo Healthcare, Dirt Cheap, and Restaurant Growth Services.

Ben obtained his BA from Michigan State University and is actively involved in several industry organizations.
