Ben Cooper

Ben Cooper is Senior Associate, Real Estate Lease Advisory in the Professional Services division at Hilco Global. Ben joined Hilco in 2022 and plays a key role in the lease advisory team. His responsibilities include lease analysis, client/account management, property valuation, lease deal restructuring, and due diligence on potential new business opportunities. During his time at HRE, Ben has worked with a variety of national and multinational clients including Starbucks, Cineworld, Family Dollar, Rite Aid, Invo Healthcare, Dirt Cheap, and Restaurant Growth Services.

Ben obtained a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and is actively involved in several industry organizations.
